Order early. We produce in limited quantities every week. Orders are accepted on a first-come first-served basis until supply runs out. Cutoff is 7 days before each fulfillment date — no exceptions.

Free Delivery
Orders $200+ — free delivery for Zone 1 & Zone 2 | Orders $250+ — free delivery for all zones
We periodically run delivery promotions — discounted or free delivery for a limited time. Follow us at @hpkitchenmeals and subscribe to our email list to be the first to know when promotions drop.
Pickup Policy
Pickup is currently available Sundays only at one location.

Sundays | 1:00pm – 3:00pm
Order cutoff: 7 days before your pickup Sunday. If you miss the cutoff your order will be pushed to the next available window.
Missed pickup: If you do not pick up your order within the designated window we will make one attempt to contact you. Unclaimed orders after the pickup window closes are forfeited with no refund.
Send someone else: If you cannot make it you may send someone to pick up on your behalf. Let us know in advance at order@hpkitchenmeals.com.
Delivery Policy
Delivery Windows
Thursday deliveries run 8:00am – 12:00pm. Sunday deliveries run 3:00pm – 6:00pm. We do not offer specific arrival time slots within these windows.
Nobody Home
If no one is available to receive your delivery we will attempt one redelivery at a later time or on the next available delivery day. If we are still unable to complete delivery your order is forfeited with no refund. Please ensure someone is available during the delivery window.
Expedited Delivery
Need delivery outside of our standard Thursday/Sunday windows? Expedited delivery is available upon request and is subject to a 20% surcharge on top of your standard zone delivery fee. Contact us at order@hpkitchenmeals.com to arrange.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address. Address changes after order placement must be submitted at least 48 hours before your delivery window.
Food Safety After Delivery
Once your order has been delivered HPK is not responsible for food quality issues resulting from the order being left unattended for an extended period. Please refrigerate promptly upon receipt.
Delivery Promotions
We periodically offer promotional delivery rates — including discounted or free delivery for select zones or order sizes. Promotions are announced via email and social media and are available for a limited time. Follow @hpkitchenmeals so you never miss one.
Catering Delivery
Catering delivery is handled separately from weekly meal delivery and is quoted on a per-event basis.
Catering delivery fees are determined by event location, order size, and logistics requirements. Your delivery fee will be included in your catering quote.
For large catering orders over $200 delivery fees may be waived or discounted at our discretion as part of your overall package.
